Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and predictive analysis for 2026+ tech trends across AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Design and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps with $50M+ R&D budgets
- Chair the Future Tech Council, advising C-suite on disruptive market shifts
- Develop proprietary frameworks for ethical AI governance and sustainable tech adoption
- Manage strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global innovation labs
- Author white papers cited in Forbes, WIRED, and Nature
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 5+ patents or peer-reviewed publications
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from lab to market
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or venture funding >$20M
- Published thought leader with 500+ citations or equivalent industry recognition
