Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps forecasting industry shifts post-2025
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Author thought leadership publications on sustainable technology adoption
- Oversee prototyping of next-gen solutions in our FutureWorks lab
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes affecting emerging tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Published research on AI ethics, quantum applications, or climate tech
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, AGI development, and neurotech
- Professional certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
