Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning emerging innovations with market demands and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify, evaluate, and integrate breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate AI)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and global tech incubators
- Present futuristic technology forecasts to C-suite executives and investors with data-driven impact assessments
- Drive R&D initiatives for next-gen human-machine interfaces and decentralized systems
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech trend analysis and patent landscape mapping
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile implementation of experimental technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, climate tech)
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-geographical teams
- Fluency in AI-driven scenario planning tools and future-back methodology
