Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Strategic partnerships with academic or research institutions
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Certification in quantum computing or advanced AI ethics
- Experience scaling global tech teams in agile environments
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
