Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristic Studies with 10+ years tech leadership

- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Executive experience scaling innovation teams in Fortune 500 or tech unicorns
