- Lead 15+ member innovation labs prototyping 2026-era solutions
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through strategic stakeholder alignment
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough sustainable tech methodologies
- Partner with MIT/Stanford on next-gen computing infrastructure projects
- Drive commercialization of lab innovations through agile product pipelines
- Mentor senior engineers in emerging paradigms (neuromorphic computing, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching quantum/AI products with $50M+ ARR
- Expertise in future tech forecasting methodologies (Delphi/Tech Horizon)
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging computing paradigms
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/DOE)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulators (Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
