- Develop predictive models for climate tech adoption and regulatory landscapes
- Coordinate cross-laboratory R&D in biometric authentication and neural interfaces
- Establish ethical frameworks for sentient AI deployment and human augmentation
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough metamaterial and photonic computing innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Computational Physics (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- 8+ years in advanced R&D with 3+ years in strategic futurism or technology forecasting
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum applications or AI alignment
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (min. 2 exits)
- Mastery of quantum machine learning frameworks and photonic circuit design
- Expertise in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 ethical AI standards
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes (US, EU, APAC regulations)
