You'll report directly to our Chief Innovation Officer and influence $50M+ R&D initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with quarterly market impact assessments
- Lead quantum computing/AI integration projects for Fortune 500 clients
- Present disruptive tech concepts to C-suite executives and investor forums
- Build and mentor a 10-person innovation lab specializing in future-tech prototyping
- Secure 3+ annual patents in emerging tech domains
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford on 5G+ and neuromorphic computing research
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in AI/quantum computing leadership
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent with publications in Nature/Science
- Portfolio of 2026-ready tech solutions with $10M+ commercialization
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Previous experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Public speaking record at TED/World Economic Forum events
