Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-proof digital transformations
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants from federal and private institutions
- Publish thought leadership in Nature and MIT Technology Review
- Mentor PhD candidates through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, distributed systems, and quantum computing
- Published research in top-tier journals (minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers)
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
