What You'll Do:
As the 2026 Strategic Technology Lead, your focus will be on the horizon, ensuring our foundation is solid for years to come.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap leading up to and through 2026, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that support future growth and market expansion.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy systems to ensure long-term stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading technology strategy and roadmapping for a minimum of 5 years.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in system design, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Experience managing large-scale budgets and vendor relationships.
