Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 strategic innovation framework through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing moonshot projects with 3-year horizon planning
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech integration)
- Forge strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley disruptors and academic institutions
- Present innovation roadmaps to the board and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders Program
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or corporate futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services post-2020
- Expertise in emerging technologies (generative AI, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies required
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication mastery
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ innovation initiatives with measurable impact
