- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration strategies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and competitive threats
- Develop scenarios for 2026 workforce evolution and digital ecosystem shifts
- Partner with C-suite to embed innovation into corporate strategy and investment priorities

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, technology foresight, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year innovation roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones and cultures
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Strategic Foresight required
- Published thought leadership on future trends or industry disruption
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
