Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap, aligning with organizational vision and market disruption potential
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and develop breakthrough opportunities across quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and long-term competitive advantage
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Anticipate and mitigate emerging risks in technological convergence and market evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of executing multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI development
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred) or equivalent industry disruption credentials
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing $50M+ innovation budgets and managing complex R&D ecosystems
