- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for emerging technology adoption readiness
- Pioneer ethical innovation protocols for next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor a dedicated futures research team and drive innovation culture initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology architecture
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends: generative AI, quantum computing, neurotech
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
