Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging trends in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Produce executive-level foresight reports with quantitative and qualitative scenario analyses
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and government initiatives
- Guide C-suite leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities and talent strategies
- Design and deploy horizon scanning frameworks using predictive analytics and AI-driven tools
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management required
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
