Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for client organizations to navigate future scenarios
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and trend briefings for C-suite executives
- Facilitate cross-industry workshops on future-proofing business models
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and build an innovation pipeline
- Represent the firm at global forums on emerging futures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience designing and executing scenario-planning methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational transformation
