Responsibilities
- Lead development of comprehensive 2026 strategic vision across technology, market, and societal domains
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presence
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, metaverse, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
