Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate resilience) to map 2026 industry landscapes
- Architect strategic foresight frameworks for product development and market positioning
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions with engineering and design teams
- Develop predictive models using scenario planning and data-driven analytics
- Present future-state narratives to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Drive organizational adoption of agile foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, sustainable systems)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or ventures
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
