Responsibilities

- Produce executive-level foresight reports with actionable recommendations for board stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
