Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market positioning
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present visionary roadmaps to stakeholders with data-backed recommendations
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives across emerging fields (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish KPIs to track innovation pipeline maturity and ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Strong proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
