Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Produce predictive scenario models for industry disruption and transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Establish early-warning systems for geopolitical and technological shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain an external ecosystem of futurists and innovation thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their implications
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative storytelling abilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping projects
