Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 10+ years experience
- Published peer-reviewed research on technology forecasting or singularity scenarios
- Proven track record of influencing global policy (e.g., IPCC, WEF, or OECD contributions)
- Mastery of causal layered analysis and horizon scanning frameworks
