- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for climate resilience and ethical AI governance
- Establish innovation ecosystems through startup partnerships and academic collaborations
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development and market positioning strategies
- Present future-state narratives to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Build and lead a cross-functional foresight taskforce across global divisions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related strategic discipline
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite and board-level experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementations
