Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year scenario planning and horizon scanning for 2026-2030 technological disruptions
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum AI, neurotech, climate engineering)
- Interface with C-suite executives to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Produce high-impact thought leadership and whitepapers on future trajectories
- Champion innovation through internal workshops and external speaking engagements
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and their implications for industry evolution
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or equivalent field with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and pattern recognition across complex global systems
- Executive presence with demonstrated success in influencing C-level decision-making
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
