Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for societal, technological, and environmental megatrends through 2030
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops with Fortune 500 executives on future-proofing strategies
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation and post-scarcity economies
- Author white papers on the ethical implications of AGI and neural integration
- Curate the annual Horizon 2026 summit connecting policymakers, researchers, and pioneers
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational resilience against black swan events
- Mentor a team of foresight analysts in emerging trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or policy design
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or scenario-planning frameworks
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Fluency in futures methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix
- Proficiency with AI-powered trend analysis platforms (e.g., Trendalyzer, GigaOm)
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive market shifts and existential risks
