As part of our elite R&D division, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates and Silicon Valley pioneers to develop next-generation solutions. This position reports directly to our CTO and includes equity in a company valued at $10B.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-ready solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes
- Present findings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Secure partnerships with academic and industry leaders
- Drive innovation through our proprietary 'Futurecasting' methodology
- Mentor junior futurists and build the next generation of talent
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic tech planning
- Published research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations to market
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding
- Strong network within global tech ecosystems
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
