- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on 2026 technology paradigms
- Drive scenario planning for geopolitical, economic, and technological shifts impacting our industry
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, bio-digital convergence)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technology trends (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Fluency in strategic scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
