Responsibilities

- Lead quarterly 'Future-Proof' workshops with executive stakeholders to stress-test assumptions
- Author proprietary '2026 Tech-Sentience Reports' identifying disruptive convergence points
- Design and implement early-warning systems for paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions with 3-5 year market entry timelines
- Represent the company at global futurist summits and publish thought leadership in peer journals
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Quantitative Social Sciences
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or enterprise planning
- Expertise in Delphi methodology, STEEP analysis, and cross-impact matrices
- Published portfolio of predictive models with >85% accuracy on 5-year forecasts
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend simulation and network analysis tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
