Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Produce trend reports and executive briefings using data visualization and storytelling
- Advise leadership on disruptive threats and opportunities across global markets
- Champion innovation culture through internal thought leadership and external speaking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in trend analysis, scenario planning, or innovation strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, biotech, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Strong network within futurist communities (e.g., Association of Professional Futurists)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Experience working with C-suite executives in fast-paced tech environments
