Responsibilities
- Lead the development of quantum algorithms targeting 2026-era computational challenges

- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through NSF and DoE grant applications
- Mentor a team of 5+ quantum researchers and postdoctoral fellows

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of research experience
- Published work in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant computing
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record leading quantum research teams or projects
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and mitigation strategies
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
- Demonstrated ability to secure government or corporate quantum research funding
