Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead prototyping of quantum processors with >1000 qubit capacity
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning pipelines
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum error correction techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant design principles
- Track record of leading successful quantum computing projects
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
