Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead quantum algorithm development focusing on error correction and coherence optimization
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to define quantum processor specifications
- Develop quantum-resistant security protocols for AI systems
- Author white papers and technical documentation for peer-reviewed publications
- Mentor quantum engineers in advanced machine learning techniques
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to deploy quantum pilot projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or quantum AI
- Proficiency in quantum circuit design and error mitigation techniques
- Experience leading quantum security initiatives for sensitive data
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
