Responsibilities
- Design the 2026 Roadmap: Architect the core technical infrastructure for our upcoming 2026 protocols, ensuring seamless integration with legacy systems.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the architectural vision for next-gen AI and quantum algorithms in collaboration with the CTO.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of distributed networks to support real-time data processing at scale.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of advanced computing solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect proprietary data and ensure compliance with global standards.
- Innovation Implementation: Evaluate emerging technologies and prototype solutions that align with the company's long-term 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a strong focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered system issues under tight deadlines.
- Leadership: Demonstrated history of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Future-Proofing: Deep understanding of emerging tech trends and the ability to translate them into actionable technical requirements.
