Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with quantum computing and AI integration milestones
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, and product design
- Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for neural interface scaling and deployment
- Drive innovation workshops with C-suite stakeholders to validate future technology viability
- Manage $5M+ budgets and resources for prototype development and testing
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in project management with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/neural interfaces)
- Proven track record delivering complex R&D initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies with PMP or CSM certification
- Strong background in quantum computing or neural network architecture
- Experience scaling technical teams across multiple continents
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on human-machine integration
- MSc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent PhD
