Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ years in tech or sustainability sectors
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Asana)
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ESG frameworks and sustainable technology implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
