- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive sustainability initiatives within product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Management preferred
- Experience with agile development and lean startup methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders
