Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven impact on 2020+ innovations
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in MIT Tech Review or equivalent tier
- Successful scaling of moonshot projects from prototype to global implementation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS certification) or equivalent
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and generative AI frameworks
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($10M+ scale)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting commercialized technologies
