- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab team of 12+ specialists
- Drive thought leadership through industry conferences and white paper publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends and innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
