- Drive adoption of cutting-edge methodologies (e.g., AI ethics, quantum computing applications)
- Mentor talent in future-focused innovation frameworks and strategic thinking
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or future-tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional strategic planning and executive communication skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) strongly preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
