- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with measurable ROI tracking
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Blue Ocean Strategy, Design Thinking)
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
