Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor committees
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and market readiness
- Coordinate with global R&D centers to synchronize 2026-2030 innovation pipelines
- Drive scenario planning for regulatory shifts and ethical tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities
