Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and venture partnerships
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Oversee prototype development in our Silicon Valley Innovation Hub
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate tech
- Strong background in ethical AI development and deployment
- Experience securing government grants and venture capital
- Prior startup or Fortune 500 innovation lab experience required
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
