Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions and R&D consortia
- Present innovation blueprints to stakeholders and secure cross-functional buy-in
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in corporate R&D or futures planning
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of 2025-2030 tech trends (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Studies preferred
