Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum AI integration, climate tech acceleration, and human augmentation
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Pods' to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish FutureVision Labs as the premier voice in 2026 innovation through white papers and keynote presentations
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and investment strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or technology foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic planning implementations
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business plans
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced innovation environments
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR, CFP)
