Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence) to build 2026 innovation frameworks
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product lines with $50M+ revenue potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing cutting-edge solutions across IoT, blockchain, and sustainable tech
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis for emerging technologies in 2026 market segments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and startups for technology scouting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy or innovation management with 3+ years in future tech planning
- Proven track record developing 3+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, or climate tech
- Strong analytical skills with experience in trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., ACST, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across R&D, product, and engineering
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
