Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ tech trends (quantum, neurotech, climate AI)
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-critical technologies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and venture partners
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation portfolio
- Drive ethical tech frameworks for emerging solutions
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' sprint teams
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AR/VR, or climate tech
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning skills
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
