Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-ready solutions across AI, sustainability, and biotechnology
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks
- Design strategic frameworks for clients transitioning to circular economies and autonomous systems
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and international policymakers
- Manage a $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and ethical innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-focused initiatives
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
