- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers for collaborative R&D
- Drive innovation through agile methodologies, ensuring rapid iteration and market validation
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure strategic resource allocation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services at scale
- Expertise in future-trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong background in quantum computing, AI, or sustainable technologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- MS/MBA in relevant field; PhD preferred
