Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and designers to deliver prototype innovations
- Forge strategic alliances with academic institutions and Fortune 500 partners
- Secure $10M+ in venture capital and government grants for experimental projects
- Pioneer patent portfolios protecting next-generation intellectual property
- Present breakthrough innovations at Davos and TED-style global forums
- Mentor the next generation of technology pioneers through our Future Fellows program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics with 5+ years of R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ exits or IPOs)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic computing
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Experience securing DARPA/EU Horizon grants ($5M+)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Global network of VCs, policymakers, and academic thought leaders
