Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation and ROI tracking for future-facing projects
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or technology development roles
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience building innovation ecosystems and managing R&D budgets
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
